Hiring OTR Company Truck Drivers

- Pay:
- $90,000-$100,000 per year
- The average mileage per week is 2500-3500 miles. Your schedule is 3-4 weeks on with 3-5 days home time.
- $7,500 Sign-On Bonus
- Driver Referral Bonus - $5,000

- Newer well-maintained equipment
- Top 100 Private Fleet
- Paid on all hub miles - loaded & empty
- Stop pay on ALL stops
- Local dedicated dispatcher for every driver

- 3% quarterly safety bonus
- PTO and paid Holidays
- Medical, Dental, Vision (ADS pays an average of 80%)
- 401K with company match
- Benefits begin first of the month following or coinciding with 30 days of service
Requirements:
- Valid CDL A
- 1 Year Verifiable OTR Experience
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be able to pass DOT drug test and DOT physical test
