- Route: Phoenix to Denver, three times per week.
- Schedule: Departure at 10 PM from Phoenix, determined at hire.
- Pay: Based on mileage and stops (1-3 stops, no touch freight).
- Team Rate: $0.67 per mile split (all miles).
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,600+ each, direct deposit every Friday.
- Note: Hiring only established teams, we do not match drivers.

FirstFleet basic driver Qualifications include:
- Two years of verifiable experience for each driver.
- Minimum age of 21.
- Class A CDL from the state of residence.
- One year of verifiable experience with a semi-truck and 53FT trailer for both team members.
- No DUI/DWI convictions within the past 5 years.
- No chargeable D.O.T. reportable accidents within the past 3 years.
