CDL-A Truck Driver / Regional & OTR Driver Positions / AVG $1300 - $1500 Weekly

 Mast Trucking is Hiring Experienced Company Drivers to Haul Refrigerated Freight

• Drivers start at $.60 CPM and can earn raises up to $.65 CPM from their performance bonus
• Our OTR/regional drivers average $1,300 - $1,500 per week
• Drivers can earn up to an additional $300 every 4 weeks from their performance bonus
• Most drivers will average 2,100 miles per week but can run more frequently
• Passengers allowed based on driver experience
• Stop pay & detention pay is offered
• Referral bonus - paid out in money or extra PTO
• Our drivers enjoy newer equipment - we have Freightliners and Kenworths; all trucks have double bunks, APUs, refrigerators, CBs, and dashcams
• Medical, dental, and vision are available 1st of the month after the 30th day of employment
• 401K and vacation offered after 1 year

Driver Schedules:

• REGIONAL (Home Weekly)
  • You'll be out during the week & get home to a Mast terminal on Friday OR Saturday each week & be home for a minimum of 34 hours
• OTR
  • You choose the number of days you work. Once your tour is complete, for every 6 days worked, you earn 1 day off
• 21/7
  • Out 3 weeks (21 days), and home for 1 full week (7 days)
     

*All three options are available to drivers who live within 120 miles of Massillon, OH. The OTR option is the only available option for drivers who live 120 miles outside of Massillon, OH and they are required to be out a minimum of 14 days.

Requirements: 

• Have a Valid Class A CDL
• Must have 2 years of tractor-trailer driving experience
• No DUI or DWI violations in the last 5 years
• Have a current D.O.T physical or able to pass a new D.O.T physical
• Be able to pass a background check and a pre-employment hair & urine drug screen
