Hiring Company Drivers
We'll Make Sure You're Home for the Weekend
Benefits:
- New Volvo 760 and Kenworth 680 Trucks - We also do not have an idling policy with our trucks at Thompson Transportation
- Minimum pay starts at $.50 but could be higher based on experience
- Our drivers average $1,250-$1,500 weekly pay
- Home every weekend
- Quarterly safety bonus of $.02 added to all miles driven within the quarter
- Average 2,500 miles per week

Requirements:
- At least 4 months of verifiable OTR experience
- Clean driving record for the last 3 years
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years

Our Dry Van Division provides dependable service to 36 states, with a well-maintained fleet of 50 tractors and 100 trailers. We pride ourselves on ensuring the safety of our drivers, so our average age of equipment is less than 2 years old. We are satellite dispatched and can track shipments and provide quality service to all our customers.
